Isa Grosso - Manager L’Osteria

Isa Grosso hails from the Veneto region of Italy, and has been working in the hospitality industry for the past 12 years.

After graduating in Hospitality Management from “Istituto Alberghiero G. Maffioli” in Treviso Italy, Isa developed her skills and gained experience in the field working in a variety of establishments in the Dolomites and Venice, including the 4 star Hotel ‘Luna Baglioni’ in San Marco Square.

Isa travelled to England for one year to improve her English and worked at the 4 star Royal Bath Hotel in Bournemouth, Dorset. Here she was given the scope to further refine her service skills & product knowledge.

Her passion for travel brought her to Australian shores, fascinated by the beauty of the country and the nature of its inhabitants - she decided to stay permanently.

For the last two years she has been employed at Scusami and has quickly progressed into a management role.  She has found great job satisfaction working in such a professionally encouraging environment such as Scusami, with its knowledgeable and discerning clientele.
